Dear guests, ladies and gentlemen

Good evening!

I am very pleased to be with everyone again in the beautiful Frankfurt. I am very happy to see many new friends here today. On behalf of all the staff of the Organizing Committee of the Golden Tree International Documentary Festival, I extend a warm welcome to friends from all over the world. At the same time, we express our sincere gratitude to the friends who have provided support and assistance to the Golden Tree International Documentary Festival!

The Golden Tree International Documentary Festival has been held for three years since its first time in 2016. Like a rapidly growing small tree, 4034 films from 125 countries participated in this year's Golden Tree Festival. Thank you for witnessing the cultivation of this golden tree with me. Countries have boundaries and cultures have no boundaries. As an important carrier of cultural exchange between countries, documentaries bear the responsibility of world civilization exchange and mutual learning. The Golden Tree International Documentary Festival aims to "gather global attention, explore the cultural origins of different civilizations around the world, promote exchanges and mutual learning", and is committed to building an equal exchange and win-win cooperation platform for global documentary filmmakers.

After last year's Golden Tree Festival, many friends have been maintaining close contact with us and have benefited a lot. This year, the Golden Tree International Documentary Festival has specially launched a joint reception hall, which feels like a reception hall at home, completing proposal meetings, collaborative information release, agency distribution and procurement, and documentary investment (by the way, I would like to remind friends that this year's Golden Tree Festival, Mr. Skakov, the investment fund consultant of Golden Tree Documentary, is planning to invest 500000 euros). We are the owners of the reception hall, We are willing to provide more substantial cooperation opportunities for documentary filmmakers! Six themed forums, perhaps with vastly different perspectives, will give you a lot of inspiration; 28 exciting documentaries from all over the world will definitely feast your eyes. In short, your gain is our greatest joy.
